Hey David, Sorry. This is Shanna from Z1. I didn’t see that Russell tried calling you but I just got off the phone with your message machine. My sole position here at Z1 is customer service and I answer any overflow phone calls to the parts dept. I was curious to see what ext. you dialed also and which email address you sent your emails to and like Russell said we, as in about 4 or 5 of us, answer a lot of phone calls during the day and it is a big deal around here if one doesn’t get answered, I take it very personally when someone speaks out about our customer service because I am here every day trying to make sure every order is correct and each person is contacted and taken care of. to Z ski-- For you to call this Z1 drama is pretty ridiculous considering David gave us great feedback on the multiple orders he has placed with us besides the issue at hand! I can tell you we are trying very hard up here and if there is something we can do to improve we will do it. I promise Russell or I will make sure to it and we take it very personal when someone is not happy with their experience.
